About Me
Born the middle child of five strong-willed, outspoken, door-slamming siblings, I was a super sensitive kid with exceptionally high emotional intelligence, and I needed every ounce of it to navigate the minefields of my eccentric childhood household. It was the 1970s, our living room often transformed into an alternative psychology arena with naked, bataka wielding bioenergetic disciples. Many weekends were filled with assertiveness trainings, dream workshops, EST, and meditation retreats.

Hoping to make a little sense of the “craziness” of my youth, I became a certified divorce and family mediator and expert in conflict resolution. I am an advocate for families, businesses, and individuals grappling with challenging situations. I am adept at calming volatile feelings and interactions, reframing conflict, facilitating positive communication, and creating positive outcomes. I am a uniquely insightful, intuitive, and grounding force with a consummate ability to promote clarity, mutual understanding and collaboration while generating new possibilities for success.
As a graduate of Georgetown Law, with an undergraduate degree in developmental psychology, I excel at situational analysis and problem solving. My career as an alternative dispute resolution attorney, and years of experience as a mediator, communication strategist and business coach have sharpened my expertise and abilities in effective communication, situational analysis and crafting solutions for desired outcome achievement. My many years spent researching and interviewing experts and leaders across the globe - scientists, psychologists, artists and daring souls – has served to deepen my mastery of intra and interpersonal dynamics and my ability to connect the dots for growth and success. My twenty years spent parenting two happy and self confident kids attest to the fact that these methods actually work!
